At the age of 17, Andy bought his first Tarot Deck from a small shop in his hometown of Loughborough, UK. He was drawn to the symbols and imagery of the Rider-Waite deck, though it would be many years before he began using the Tarot for spiritual development and divination.

Andy began his journey into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), completing his Master Practitioner training with Dr. Tad James, a Master Trainer of NLP, in Hawaii. He furthered his expertise by completing Trainer’s Training in NLP under Dr. Tad James in 1995.

Andy was initiated into the Hawaiian Huna Tradition by Dr. Tad James. He also became a Reiki Master this year, complementing his initiation into the Hawaiian Huna energy healing system. Additionally, he started personal training with Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki, the Director of Studies of the Servants of the Light School of Occult Science (SOL), continuing until 2008.

Andy served as the Director of Training for a conference and publishing house in London. He was scheduled to attend a conference at “Windows on the World” on the top floor of the World Trade Center in New York on September 11, 2001. Due to a last-minute family issue, he changed his flight from September 10 to September 11, narrowly missing the tragic events of that day. Many of his colleagues and his own team perished in the disaster. This profound experience led Andy deeper into “The Mysteries” and the study of alternative, esoteric spirituality.

Andy completed a Ph.D. in Esoteric Studies, marking a significant milestone in his lifelong interest in esoteric spirituality.

Andy became a Third-Degree Initiate of the Western Mystery Tradition. This year also marked his transition to becoming a Head of Learning for a global media company, leading to a number of senior learning management roles in subsequent years.

Andy founded the Helios School of Esoteric Science, serving as its current Director of Studies. His lineage traces back to Dion Fortune, founder of the Society of the Inner Light, through Ernest Butler, founder of the Servants of the Light, to Dolores Ashcroft-Nowicki.

Andy completed basic and advanced Theta Healing training and blended Theta Healing with his NLP, hypnosis, Huna, and Tarot expertise to create the powerful transformational healing approach that he uses with his clients.

Andy decided to formalise his Tarot Reading skills and completed a one-year certification programme with Biddy Tarot as a "Trusted Tarot Advisor." He followed this up with another one-year certification programme as an Advanced Tarot Practitioner with Richard Knight in the UK.

Andy decides to focus on working 1:1 with clients and support them in creating transformational change in their lives. He coaches business people wishing to address the challenges they face in their careers and workplaces, and assists individuals in releasing emotional trauma and self-limiting beliefs to create happy and fulfilling lives for themselves and their families.
